Technical Notes for Upgrade

The spacer is specifically optimized for the geometry of the Ninebot G30 in conjunction with corresponding battery upgrades or controller modifications.

• Battery Compartment Enlargement: Installing this battery compartment extension significantly increases the space in the lower part of the scooter. This provides the necessary room to install larger custom batteries and controllers in the vehicle.

• Brake Line and Cable Outlets: The extension includes cutouts for brake lines (left) and motor phase cables (right).

• 4-Part Plug-in System: The spacer consists of four precisely manufactured segments that are plugged together and screwed.

• Pre-assembled Threaded Inserts: All threaded inserts are already melted in.

Stealth vs. Basic Version

• Straight Version: Has a straight front and thus offers minimally more space in the front area. Only compatible with Basic bottom plates.

• Slanted Version: Precisely follows the original slanted front contour of the scooter. Important: Exclusively compatible with specially suitable bottom plates.

Material Properties (Filament Selection)

Choose the right material based on your requirements for optics and durability:

PETG: The impact-resistant all-rounder. Very tough, weather-resistant, and UV-stable. Ideal for daily use.

ASA: The premium outdoor choice. Extremely weather-resistant with a high-quality, matte surface. Higher heat resistance than PETG.

PA6-GF (Glass fiber reinforced): Maximum stability. Extremely rigid and mechanically highly resilient. The professional solution for extreme stress.

PETG-CF (Carbon fiber reinforced): Elegant optics meets rigidity. The fibers provide a very beautiful, matte black finish where print layers are barely visible.

PETG-GF (Glass fiber reinforced): The perfect balance of toughness and rigidity. The glass fiber reinforcement increases mechanical strength and dimensional stability and ensures an attractive, matte surface finish with high weather resistance.

Further Upgrades

• Matching Custom Bottom Plate: Specially adapted bottom plates ensure an absolutely flush finish and an even cleaner overall look.

Custom Adjustments & Special Sizes

Special dimensions and individual modifications are available upon request. If you need special cutouts for brake lines, motor phase cables, or individual intermediate sizes, an email is sufficient for a suitable price offer.

The installation and use of tuning or add-on parts without ABE (General Operating Permit), E-number, or other road approval lead to the expiration of the vehicle's operating permit. This also results in the loss of insurance coverage.

The use of these components in public road traffic is not permitted and is done exclusively at your own risk.
