This front fender for the Ninebot G2 Max was developed for riders who value a clean look and maximum tire clearance. It offers enough space for 10×3 tires as well as the standard size 10×2.5. The precise 3D printing process achieves a perfect fit and a modern custom look.

Technical Notes for the Upgrade

The fender is specially optimized for the geometry of the Ninebot G2 Max in conjunction with corresponding upgrades.

Installation: Attachment is straightforward using the mounts that are already included with the G2 Speedforks.

Clearance: The design offers excellent coverage even with wider tires, without rubbing.

Material Properties (Filament Selection)

Choose the right material based on your requirements for appearance and resilience:

PETG: The impact-resistant all-rounder. Very tough, weather-resistant, and UV-stable. Ideal for daily use.

ASA: The premium outdoor choice. Extremely weather-resistant with a high-quality, matte surface. Higher heat resistance than PETG.

PA6-GF (Glass Fiber Reinforced): Maximum stability. Extremely stiff and mechanically highly resilient. The professional solution for extreme demands.

PETG-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced): Elegant appearance meets stiffness. The fibers create a very beautiful, matte black finish where print layers are barely visible.

PETG-GF (Glass Fiber Reinforced): The perfect balance of toughness and stiffness. The glass fiber reinforcement increases mechanical load capacity and dimensional stability, and provides an attractive, matte surface finish with high weather resistance.
