These 3D printed fenders were specially developed for custom modifications and are suitable for wider tires. Both 10x3 tires and standard 10x2.5 tire sizes can be installed.
The precise 3D printing process ensures a perfectly fitting and clean custom look.

Technical Notes on the Upgrade

The fenders are designed to match the geometry of Monorim-compatible suspension systems and offer sufficient clearance to the tire, even with wider tires.

Please note:
The LED unit (ring light) is not included.
The version with the license plate holder is designed for a 40mm ring light with white LEDs. This version is compatible with a 160mm brake disc. Basic technical knowledge is required for mounting and electrical connection of the lighting.

Material Properties (Filament Selection)

Choose the right material based on your requirements for appearance and load capacity:

PETG: The impact-resistant all-rounder. Very tough, weather-resistant, and UV-stable. Ideal for daily use.

ASA: The premium outdoor choice. Extremely weather-resistant with a high-quality, matte surface. Higher heat resistance than PETG.

PA6-GF (Glass fiber reinforced): Maximum stability. Extremely stiff and highly mechanically resilient. The professional solution for extreme stress.

PETG-CF (Carbon fiber reinforced): Elegant appearance meets stiffness. The fibers provide a very beautiful, matte black finish where print layers are barely visible.
